The Pinot Gris is hand picked and whole bunch pressed, 20% barrel fermented. A fragrant nose of Nashi pear and spice leads to a richly structured palate of delicious orchard fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, with fine acidity and elegant length. Enjoy with Asian and spicy dishes.
